At New English Teas, we want you to be delighted with every brew, but we offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and unused tea products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the tea tins or cartons are in their original, unopened condition and place them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Goods

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address using a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
